Gin and Liqueurs

Spend a day with Edmund Oettle – organic artisan distiller – at his farm Upland, Wellington. You will be taught and guided to blend your own gin, noccino (pecan nut liqueur) an limoncello from wild harvest lemons.

Edmund will mentor you through the process, divulging some surrounding the alchemy of wine-spirit alcohol and the various natrual additives which shape its taste.

When the ‘work’ is done, a wholesome picnic lunch is served accompanied by Upland’s organic wine.
